1- Warranty conditions
1-1- Replacement and repair of device parts during the warranty period if the user uses the device correctly and uses it in suitable working conditions.
2-1- Damages due to improper operation of the operator, such as excessive use of the device or failure to perform the required services according to the schedule provided or the use of unqualified persons (without a company certificate) is not covered by the warranty. To be.
3-1- This warranty is not valid for products made by this company that are sold under brand names other than TMS.
4-1- This guarantee is an exception to the cases that in training or in the contract, the buyer is allowed to meet the technical needs of his device.
2- Warranty period
The warranty period is determined from the date of the one-year warranty card.
3- How to apply
In order to request a warranty, the user should preferably prepare a report on the reasons for the defect in the device and send it with the signature of the person related to this company, along with clear photos of the defective part and part of the device. If the mentioned defect in the device is among the cases related to paragraphs 1 and 2, TMS Company will take action to eliminate the defect of the device.
4- Travel expenses
The travel expenses of TMS service personnel are the responsibility of the buyer.
5- Warranty
All parts of the device, which include warranty items and the warranty period, will be replaced or repaired with the approval of the Tas’hil Mashin Sanat Company.
6- Items outside the company warranty
1-6- Parts that have passed the warranty period or based on the company’s diagnosis, the incorrect use of the device by the user is registered.

6-3- Damages to the device caused by repair and manipulation by unqualified persons (without approval from this company)
